General

We currently accept all major credit / debit cards as well as Paypal and Klarna.

Click here for our returns policy. You have the right send anything back to us within 14 days provided it’s in a resalable condition. If you need a bit longer to decide don’t worry, we’re happy to extend it to 30 days.

If your order arrives incorrect or is faulty we will arrange a free return or replacement, please view our returns policy to see who is liable for paying returns costs if you have changed your mind.

Cushions

Many of our cushions have the same pattern front and back, just remember that pattern placement does vary. Many cushions have a different portion of the pattern on each side, perfect for changing things up a bit.

Sometimes we feel a design needs a plain back. This will be details in the pictures and in the description. Usually we use a quality plain velvet or corresponding weave.

Absolutely! We have a professional workroom and can turn our hands to most projects. We’ve made curtains, blinds, cushions galore. We’ve even renovated commercial hotels, restaurants, and churches! Have a look at our LL Custom page.

Cushions are always measured seam to seam. Do remember that cushions deform and squash when filled and you should bear this in mind when choosing your size.

Rugs

Our rugs are supplied by our production partners who handle logistics for us. They use a range of appropriate couriers but this can change depending on volumes and the size of your order.
